Own end-to-end design for KardiaStation Mobile (12-lead EKG recording, used by providers across the US, Canada, Europe, and India) and mobile product design for KardiaRx, a clinical research platform with CVS, Walgreens, and Pfizer. Built and scaled the cross-platform Kardia Mobile Design System across iOS and Android, driving adoption across four product teams. Designed AI-powered internal tools adopted across Product, Design, Marketing, QA, Clinical, and Business teams. Redesigned EKG report templates, cutting printing and mailing costs by $200K+ annually. Conceived and shipped Kardia Year in Review, driving a 21% click-through rate.

Designed end-to-end member experiences for KardiaComplete (B2B2C cardiovascular platform with CVS and Walgreens), covering onboarding, adherence tracking, and care coordination. Collaborated with product and engineering to define requirements and interaction patterns for KardiaRx's mobile experience. Ran user research and usability testing with a focus on accessibility and regulatory compliance.
